Memorial Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery’s priority is to provide our patients with the highest level of comfort and oral surgical care. Once your consultation is completed and your treatment plan is agreed upon, please ask our front desk if you have questions about your payment options. The payments collected are based on estimates of the services if your insurance is applicable. You may be able to make payment arrangements with our office in advance. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance has sent us payment is the patient’s responsibility.
